Look, we're not gonna sugarcoat it - this place isn't for folks looking to cruise on a treadmill while scrolling Instagram. We built Jade Valor Forge for people who wanna push past their limits, whether that's throwing heavy weight overhead or getting comfortable being uncomfortable in the cage.

We've spent years training athletes, fighters, and regular folks who just want to feel strong again. The combination of Olympic lifting and combat conditioning? That's where the magic happens. You'll build raw strength that actually translates to real-world power and confidence.

Started this gym back in '09 because we were tired of training in places that didn't get it. Too many gyms either focus on just lifting OR just fighting - we said why not both? Your body doesn't work in isolation, so why train that way?

Right here in North Van, we've created a space where heavyweight lifters train next to cage fighters, and everyone respects the grind. No egos, no judgment - just people working to get better every single day.
